You're listening to your Hot Genius Guide to Manifesting and I'm your host, christina Monofari. Today's episode is called the Knowing State. In today's episode, we're going to understand what is the knowing state, how to get in it, how to know if you're in it or not, and how to actually stay in it, because a lot of us can have moments of experiencing the knowing state, but then something will happen now in our life that will kind of send us back into the old identity, and so we're going to talk about all these things in today's episode. So get excited, because we are going to go on a life-changing journey, and this is one of those episodes where you're probably going to come back to over and over again, and I'm here for it, and so I'm sure you're here for it as well. So let's go straight into that. So let's begin with by understanding, like, what is the knowing state, and so it doesn't matter where you're at in your journey.
Speaker 1:Most of you are pretty familiar with manifestation, but I would say that the easiest way to look at the knowing state is it is when you have pretty much embodied the living living in the end. So, whatever it is that you want um, usually people in a knowing state. This is when you're actually getting what you want. So you can call this the receiving state, um, and this is when you have fully become the new self. Uh, and this is when the 3D now has to conform to you. But obviously the 3D lags so it won't happen, you know, within seconds. Sometimes it can happen within minutes. Sometimes it can happen within seconds, sometimes it can happen within weeks. However, it depends on what it is that you're calling in. So, for example, you probably have entered the knowing state many times for different manifestations. So if you were like thinking, if you ever thought about someone, you're like I really want them to text me back and you and they text you back instantly as soon as you say that, then that's because, well, you don't have that much resistance. It's not that hard for the 3D to conform to you because a text message is so easy to come in and fast to come into the 3D.
Speaker 1:But if you were, let's say, manifesting a 30 kilo weight loss, obviously we have limitations, so the limitations of space-time, you know, being as like three dimensional creatures in a three dimensional reality then you can't compare a text message showing up when you're in the knowing state as fast as like a 30 kilogram weight loss, right? So, for example, when I had lost 25 kilos when I was in the knowing state, like that happened within two weeks. See how it's still significantly faster and it was healthy and everything. It makes no logical sense. But it's not as fast as, say, a text message, and you obviously don't even want it to be as fast. But I'm just going to give you some examples of why some people are like oh, you know, christina, like I don't get it, like why is this taking so long? Versus like why is this so easy for me? And it's like well, like I said, it's because, depending on what it is, we still live in a 3D world, and that's something to embrace, not something to be annoyed at, and that every single thing that we're calling in will be different at different speeds. But usually, when you're in knowing state, whatever you're calling in, the maximum it usually takes is about 30 days, and so if it's taking longer than that, then the truth is you're not in the knowing state. But we'll explain all that after you know how to tell the difference and all these nuances and stuff like that.
Speaker 1:Okay, so now that we know what the knowing state is? It's pretty much when you are already the new self. You have already quantum leaped. You've gone through the crumble, if you needed to. You've already gone through the decluttering, you've already gone through the creating space. You've gone through all of that. You've landed in the last stage of your reality shifting, of the quantum leap and the manifestation, and it's the knowing state.
Speaker 1:And so let's talk about how to know that you're in it, what it feels like and what usually happens in this state. So the first thing is that you just feel a sense of calm and wholeness, like nothing necessarily even changed in your circumstances, in your life, but you just feel so whole, you just feel like you're not chasing, you feel so calm and present and you just have this inner knowing that what you want is already yours, even if you have, especially if you have no logical proof whatsoever. The next thing you would normally feel when you're in the knowing state, in the receiving state, is that you feel this desire to go really present into the present moment. Like you feel this desire to you could say settle in the present moment. So you'll find that, as an example, say you are calling in like financial stability, right, and let's say prior to you calling that in you were.
Speaker 1:Your circumstances were that you were just drowning in debt, like you just can't get ahead of your finances. So you know you're in the knowing state in that scenario because, well, you stop, even though you still have the debt, you almost feel like you are so calm, you are so trusting, you feel so whole that you feel as whole, trusting and calm as if that debt was paid off and you've become financially secure and stable. But then nothing had to change for you to feel that way. So it's not like you look into your bank account and you got a bill or an email saying, hi, your debt's so paid off and then you're calm. No, it's like you feel calm as if that did happen. But you made that internal decision and that internal change within, and then this has actually happened to me before.
Speaker 1:If you are new here, I've got a lot of episodes where I actually share about how I literally manifested getting out of debt and like transforming my financial reality, and when I hit the knowing state, I actually ended up winning $10,000 within two hours after I had entered the knowing state. And so that's what I was saying before. It's like it can take minutes. It can take hours, it can take days, it can take weeks, you know, but it just really depends. So, because what I was calling in was, like, say, to my reality, to my circumstances, to my belief systems, it was like I could, my brain could, get around the fact that $10,000 could come to me magically within a day. And the reason why I'm saying that is because where I was at that day is that the following day I had everything due like really important expenses due. I had rent due, I had, you know, business expenses due, like all these things that like were stressing me out for several months leading up to that day.
Speaker 1:But then, from that moment, it wasn't really about the $ thousand dollars, because I actually wasn't calling in ten thousand dollars. I was calling in to get out of debt and to be able to have enough money to pay all of my expenses, both personal and business, with ease, while having enough money to further invest in myself so I can invest. At the time I wanted to really invest in my dream mentor, which I have now been working with her for like just under a year wait, about a year or so now and so I was. It wasn't a number, but it was like the outcome I was like I am now someone who is debt-free, I am now someone who is stable, I am now someone who has enough money to pay for all my things, you know, get by without stress, and I also have enough money to invest in further in my business and also in my personal development. And I'd gotten that reality.
Speaker 1:And so I'd gotten that because I was in a knowing state and so, to give you a real life example, what I remember from that day as well, because I find that that is very relatable was that I let it go in a way where it's like I'm like you know what, I'm done fighting. Like there was this feeling of I'm done surrendering the only reason I mean not done surrendering, I'm done fighting, because the reason why I wanted to be debt-free and to be financially secure was because I wanted to feel relaxed. That was the reason I wanted to stop feeling so stressed. I wanted to stop feeling like I was drowning. I felt like I was being suffocated by my own life, like, no matter what I did, I just kept getting further and further behind, and when I had just decided you know what I'm relaxed, now it's done. It's just absolutely done. It really was done because the 3D conformed to me within hours. So that's that.
Speaker 1:So I just felt like this desire to settle in and in the two hours in between, I was just living my best life. I was just really calm, like in the past, like, had I been in that same scenario, I would have been more in a hustle. I've been in this like energy of oh my God, like where's my next hour going to come from? Like, where am I going to make this money in time, and I would be taking action from this really stressful lack place, whereas this time I was just like, oh, like I'm just going to relax. Now I can relax, now I can go create content, I can take my time, I can just sit down, I can just chill out a bit, like that's.
Speaker 1:I was settling into a present moment, right, and I wasn't thinking about the money at all. I didn't thinking about the money at all, I didn't even think about it. It's like I, for real, quantum jumped because the version of me who was living that reality that I just told you about, who was financially stable, who had no more debts, who had enough money to invest in herself, that version of Christina. She was calm, right, she was just doing her thing. She was still working, she was still doing all the business and personal life responsibilities, but she was doing it from this place of ease. And so I was doing exactly that. And she wouldn't ever think about the debt, right, because if I don't have debt I wouldn't be obsessed with it. I wouldn't be obsessed checking my bank account, and that's exactly right. So I stopped checking. I didn't feel this any. It was natural, by the way, I didn't force myself, I just naturally didn't feel a desire to check anything. I just had so much trust I was just there again.
Speaker 1:This is the knowing state. Um, so that's that brings me to the next one. Right, like you no longer even feel an urge to check the 3d. So usually, when you're not in the knowing state, when you're still in that, in between of the quantum leap, um, there's like this urge to like if we will catch ourselves wanting to make sure, like double checking our bank account, making sure that the action that we did take we put in the right details, cause you know what if someone, what if I put the wrong number on that and I won something and, like the person you know, I miss out on it. Like none of that happens when you're right in the knowing state, you just don't care. It's almost like you get to a point and this has happened to me so many times like when I'm manifesting something, and I'll actually give an example.
Speaker 1:It actually happened when I was like manifesting a like a brand new home for a rental, um, and this was when it was a middle of like a rental crisis, right, and we had pretty much, uh, inspected about like 50 different properties. Out of all the properties, most of them were honestly, just not ideal. Just not ideal. Like it was dirty, it was whatever. And out of the 50, I think we liked two and anyway, when it came to the one that we actually got at the time, I remember filing like the application form and, mind you, before that I was like applying for like 10 different places, but this application form felt so different.
Speaker 1:I was just like really detached, I was really neutral. I'm just like whatever it's already done, like I'm just doing it because, like you got to do it, you got to follow the 3D aligned action, and then I actually put down the wrong number. I had already sent out the application. Like I put something down that was wrong. It was either it wasn't my phone number, but maybe it was like a former address, like I just know that I'd clicked submit. And when I'd click submit I had just realized like a millisecond after that I didn't feel something incorrectly. And if I wasn't in the knowing state I would have been freaking out, I would have like stressed so bad. But because I was in the knowing state, I just knew with every fiber of my being, because I was in that state, um, that this house was that I had applied for was mine. And so, despite that, when you, when you're in that state of like you know, in the knowing state, you don't care if you fuck something up, because it's so strong, like nothing can stop this, like nothing, not even me writing the wrong thing. If I would have put the wrong number, I still believe that somehow that would have contacted me. And then you know, I think we got the place about five days later. So let's see how that's five days, that's nothing.
Speaker 1:And we were looking for months on end and it was like exactly what I had in my vision board. It was the exact price I wanted, it was the exact feeling I wanted. It was the exact price I wanted, it was the exact feeling I wanted, it was just to the T of everything that I had wanted, even the price as well. And I just felt like, well, when I got the call and I'm like, hey, congrats, you know, you've got the house I was like in my head obviously I wasn't going to be too calm on the phone at the time because I felt like I didn't want to seem ungrateful, but in my head I'm like duh, like, of course, but to them I'm like, oh, my God, I'm so grateful, thank you. So much goes to what I was telling you before.
Speaker 1:I was acting like the Christina who already had that rental property. It was already done, I was already living there and at the time I was in the middle of building one of my courses and I was doing the back ends and whatever. And prior to that it felt so hard to do that because I was so stressed about the house, you know, and I had like a deadline of when I had to get out of that house because that house that I was living in was getting sold, right, um, and it wasn't getting sold and there was just no other way to live there, right, and so I was really distracted and stressed and it was affecting my business. But the day that I told you, when I was in that knowing state, I just knew it was done for five days. I was just like acting like the Christina who already had the house and somehow I achieved like a month's work in those five days. I was in flow. I was just chilled, like, and I was even packing my bat, like my boxes.
Speaker 1:I was packing boxes as if it was already done and it wasn't like, oh, like manifestation trick, like I was just doing it, it was just natural. It's like my brain was just already caught up with what I knew spiritually, that it was already mine, you know, and it wasn't forced, it wasn't. There was no even thoughts of like, oh my God, like what if I'm crazy? When you're in the knowing state, you don't fear your delusion anymore. Right, that's another thing to look out for. Like you don't go, oh my God, something's wrong with me. Like, am I losing it? No, it's like. No, I'm just done. Like I'm doing this. And it's not forced, it feels very natural and that's the thing, right, you know that the goal in manifestation, all the work, all the techniques. It's not really ever about the technique. It's about the purpose of what the technique serves. And the whole thing about manifestation is about getting your brain and body to mentally and emotionally feel like what you desire is completely natural.
Speaker 1:So, just like the house, having that new house, that brand new rental in that beautiful neighborhood, it felt natural to me, even though I wasn't living there, the getting out of financial debt. I was still literally in, like you know, in almost five figures of debt and I it felt natural for me to be someone who had no debt. It was just so natural. Mind you, I literally, in my 3D, was still in debt, but it didn't matter anymore. Um, I couldn't explain it. I didn't care about how I wasn't addicted to, how's it going to come in? Oh my God, have I, like, applied for enough competitions? Have I posted enough of my stories? Have I sold enough? I didn't care. It was this, this feeling of everything is done, and I just got to go with the flow, literally, and trust that it's mine and that's what happens. Um, and the next thing would be that you still want the thing. For example, I still wanted to be financially stable, um, but I didn't need to be financially stable, but I didn't need to be financially stable to feel the feeling that I wanted. So I didn't like how I've. Actually, how I think of this is that I still wanted it, but I was acting like someone who already has what I want and because of that, I naturally would take aligned action from that awareness, from that frequency of me, right.
Speaker 1:I also want to note that it's so important, like the biggest takeaway, the biggest giveaway actually, that you're in the knowing state for good, for good meaning in reference to what you want, is that you don't care to figure out how it's going to happen, you just know it will happen. Like you literally have complete detachment, there's zero resistance, there's no ego thoughts of going oh my God, but how? Oh my God, this is unrealistic, oh my God, it just. These thoughts just don't exist when you're in this state, right, um and so, as for let's actually now talk about. So, now that you know how it feels like, you know, you know how you're in it, you understand, like applying real life scenarios, the whole process of this, let's actually now talk about how do we get in this state, all right, so this is very simple, but not so easy. So the first thing I want to say is this is you got to get clear on what it is you want, so crystal clear, and you need to know why you want it. And so I'm going to give you an example of this.
Speaker 1:So if you are quite literally placing an order on Amazon, you're trying to order something you want to buy. Let's say you want to buy a coffee machine, and so, if you can imagine, that manifestation is the exact same thing as you buying something online from Amazon. So let's say you're looking at the online store and you're like, you're tossing up between whether you want this, the first coffee machine, the second coffee machine, or if you want to have like not, it'll just be someone who just doesn't have coffee at all. Maybe you want a tea machine, right? Let's say you're doing that. Now what happens if you don't ever make a decision and you never actually decide on which coffee product you want? Well, you won't ever get any of the machines, correct. You just can't.
Speaker 1:The only way you can actually buy that coffee machine and get it delivered to your front door is if you choose the one that you want, place the order, pay for it and then trust that the post office is going to deliver it to you, you know, in three to five business days. And all you got to do is what? You're not going to sit there obsessing about the coffee machine. You're going to, for now, enjoy what you have. You're going to enjoy your instant coffee. You're going to enjoy going to the cafes and buying the coffee and you're just like whatever it's going to come I know it's going to come Soon I'm going to be enjoying my coffee machine at home. I'm not going to have to worry about instant coffee, but you're not obsessed with it. You're just like chill, it's going to come and you're just going to live your best life with your current available abundance, right.
Speaker 1:So manifestation is the same way. You're getting clear of what you want. So if you are right now calling in to say you want to leave your nine to five and you want to work for yourself, right. But let's say that instead of a coffee machine, we're going to apply that analogy to your manifestations, well, how on earth can you expect to actually manifest you getting out of your nine to five If, in one second, you're like do I want to get out of my nine to five, or do I want a better job, or do I want to have my own business or do I want to just get paid to exist?
Speaker 1:If you're constantly like doing the manifestation work, you're doing all the techniques, you're doing the routines, but you haven't even decided on what you want, just like the Amazon store. It doesn't matter how many times you spend staring at the Amazon store comparing the different coffee machines and debating whether you want a tea machine and reading all the reviews to see which one's the perfect decision for you. It doesn't matter how long you spend on Amazon. Are you ever going to get that coffee machine delivered to your door? No, you're only going to get that coffee machine delivered to your door when you decide on the machine that you want. Right? That's the exact same thing with manifestation.
Speaker 1:So if you're sitting there going, do I want it to be going? Do I want it to be like this? Do I want it to be like that? Do I want it Like? I don't know? Is that what I really want? Like? Of course you're going to feel like manifestations forever. Of course you're going to think that manifestation is hard. You're missing the first step of manifestation. It's actually getting clarity and deciding on what you want right. And so, going back to the coffee machine on Amazon, example, like if you then, let's say, did decide because there's a chance that you probably did decide on a manifestation you did gain clarity. The same way, let's say you did decide on a coffee machine, that would be equivalent to you.
Speaker 1:Every time you change your mind and doubt what you really want, or you rush the process of learning to figure out who you really want and who you really are and what you really want, that's the equivalent of when, let's say, you did choose the coffee machine on Amazon, but every single time you doubt it. You go back into your Amazon account and you click cancel, cancel delivery, right. And then you go and choose another one, and then one, and then, one minute later, you go and cancel the second coffee machine and then you go back to the old one, and then you, you get that, you buy it and then you cancel it again. Now do you see here, then you've just canceled the order. So again, are you going to receive that delivery? No, you're not, cause you keep buying, you keep getting it, you keep canceling it. You buy it, you keep buying, you keep getting it, you keep cancelling it, you buy it, you cancel it.
Speaker 1:So this is really important as well, to understand that when I say decision and know what you want. I said earlier it's simple but it's not easy, which is why it's so important to actually give a shit about the pre-work, and that's what hot genius society stands for, right like. We're here to create your best life, for you to know that you are powerful, to become a healthy delusional manifester because if you want a big, extraordinary life, you've got to be delusional. But you want to be delusional in a healthy way, not in an unhealthy way, because it becomes unhealthy when you, when you do, skip the most important thing in the world and that's taking care of a human body. Right To be truly spiritual is to completely surrender to human limitation, is to embrace human flaws. If you can't understand and accept that your human body is your spiritual wand, is your manifestation wand, you're never gonna truly be able to access that level of magic in your life. Right being spiritual is equal parts embracing the logic of life, the limitations of being human, while also simultaneously embracing the paradox and the magic of the universe and source right. So it's that balance.
Speaker 1:But this is what I'm saying, the reason why someone goes, and I guess you could say, go back to the Amazon store and constantly changing their coffee machine order and changing their mind is because they are skipping the step of embracing their human limitations. And so usually, someone who's unsure of themselves constantly changing their mind, that's coming from a lack of self-worth, a lack of self-esteem, a low self-esteem, a feeling of not being good enough, probably a dysregulated nervous system, right, not having a calm nervous system. Do you see how this works? So that's why I'm really big on this and that's what I stand for. That's what Hot Genius Society stands for.
Speaker 1:It's about how can we live a big life, yes, become delusional manifestors, but, and succeed in that. But how do we do it? In a healthy way, in a sustainable way, so it's not causing more mental health issues, so it's not exacerbating anxiety disorders, because if you skip this step, this can actually cause great harm to your mental health, right? Because if, if you are anxious enough, you can dissoci, you can start questioning your reality and you might fear things, then that will become an unhealthy delusion, right, because delusions are neutral. It can become a mental health issue, or it could be something that's your greatest asset, it can actually help your mental health right, and it's like it's about how we use the thing. So this is why it's really important to get into knowing, state you know, get clear on what you want and why you want it, and when I say why, let's go to that section now. Now, why you want it Now, why do you want to leave your nine to five?
Speaker 1:Because the answer is always supposed to be something on the lines of I want this, because I want to feel this. So, for example, if, right now, you're working at nine to five and you desire to get out of that nine to five and make what you make at your job on your own, without having to rely on a boss, without having to go in an office, right. But let's say, your specific reason, though, is that you're fucking burnt out and you want to take time. You want to have time, you want to have that freedom to finally take up your knitting hobby, to finally, you know, cook some breakfast without rushing out the door to work. Let's say. That's why you need to get clarity on that, because, without your, why, you can't manifest. Because, if you, because manifestation works in two ways.
Speaker 1:There's two ways to go about this. The first way is that. Well, manifestation is about manipulating energy so that you can be an energetic match to the thing that you want, right? But this way is usually when you hear people manifesting really amazing things but it's not sustainable, so they end up losing the thing or they end up sabotaging the thing, whatever. But it does work, okay, okay, um.
Speaker 1:However, the second way to do it is the way I teach it, and it's more so you're. It's sustainable, meaning you actually are becoming the version of you. So, instead of like manipulating energy per se, you are literally shifting into a version of you who already has what they want, which is why it's so much faster, right, and it's so much more sustainable. However, in at the beginning, it feels like a marathon, whereas the other one I just told you about, where you're manipulating energy, it feels more like a sprint and you get the thing faster, but easy come, easy go right, whereas the way I teach it is through changing your self-image of yourself, like rewiring your brain, shifting how you perceive yourself, shifting your self-concept so that you can align with what you want and that, when you do get what you want, you can keep it. It's sustainable. It's not like you're losing anything. You're really calm, you're becoming a different version of you and you get to that.
Speaker 1:You do this sustainable kind of manifesting, where you're doing it the healthy way you could say, by understanding why you want what you want. And this is going back again to the importance of caring about your human vessel and caring about the human limitations and not skipping this work. Speaker 1:Anyway, but my point is is that it's so important to know yourself? Because without it. Yes, you can manifest what you want. Yes, you can manipulate energy, but can you keep it? Will you enjoy it? Probably not. Okay, you have to change yourself to be able to not just get what you want, but to keep what you want and to enjoy what you want.
Speaker 1:And so now this comes to the most important part. So I've said how do you get into the knowing state Number one get clear on what you want and why you want it. And so, if you want to feel free, if you want to feel relaxed because your nine to five is making you burnt out right and you feel like you're suffocated, right Well then, now you know why you want the job, so you don't have to focus. You want to get out of that job. So now you don't have to obsess about how it's going to happen, because the truth is it's not that you actually want to leave the nine to five. You want a life where you still get money to do the things that you enjoy, so that you don't have to live paycheck to paycheck. But you want to feel free. You want to have freedom to travel, to do yoga, without pressure that you have to go and answer to your boss and go into a cubicle the next day. So what you do, then, is that you need to know your ingredients, your key to your wholeness, because that's what proper, like sustainable, healthy manifestation is about. It's to find where you have not freed yourself and your desires are projections of that.
Speaker 1:If you have a desire to be a millionaire, whatever you believe being a millionaire will give you is your key to your wholeness. Not the millionaire identity, right, I'm sorry, not the million dollars. It's something about. Being a millionaire is giving you, you think, will give you something, and it will give you something to some degree, but maybe for you it's that you actually want to spend time with your kids, you want to actually have your time back, you want to sleep properly. Then you want to feel free, you want to be healthy. So that's the key to your wholeness, because that would just mean that currently, in your current life, where you're not a millionaire, you don't feel free, you don't feel healthy. So then, same goes. Your work then would be you need to give yourself and fulfill your desire internally first, and then the 3D has no choice to confirm, to conform to you, be that you getting your own job, you getting paid to exist, you getting a brand deal, you moving countries and getting paid to travel, or, you know, you winning the lottery. It doesn't matter how it happens. Right?
Speaker 1:You are clear on what you want and why you want it, and the what you want is not usually something like um, I want to, you know? As an example, I want a million dollars. It's usually about what do you think that million dollars would give you? Because, for example, for me, when I was manifesting getting out of financial debt and hardship, I wasn't going. I want $10,000, because that's not what I was manifesting. I was manifesting a life where I didn't have to live paycheck to paycheck, constantly in debt, constantly catching up, worrying about how I'm going to pay the next bill. I wanted a life of ease where I could cover all my expenses, a humble life where I could also have time and space to learn and to invest in myself, to heal, to become a good businesswoman, to make my business the way I want it to. That's what I wanted, and I got the money to match exactly that, because you know what's crazy. I couldn't have known it was $10,000, right, I couldn't tell you, but it was perfect, it covered everything. Somehow that then led me to my next month. I manifested $18,000, right, I always doubled that, mind you.
Speaker 1:Prior to this happening, I was lucky to have made $2,000 a month net profit, right? And so do you see what I'm saying here? Because I got clear of what I want and why I wanted it, which was to feel relaxed and at ease. Well then, naturally, I was able to get it. And the universe delivered it. And it came to me in money, yes, but I wasn't going. I couldn't have told you how I was going to get fucking $28,000 in two months. That was what I would make in a year. And I got that in two months. Right, it's because I'm doing the things that I'm teaching you, right? So, get clear on what you want and why you want it and then, lastly, focus on the why.
Speaker 1:Your goal now is to just rewire your brain so that you can settle into the feelings of why you want what you want. Okay, if you want to feel free and healthy, feel free and healthy. Do all the work around that. Rewire your subconscious mind, let go of your limiting beliefs, change your self-concept, do nervous system regulation, actually learn how to become the version of you who already has that, and keep going and because you will waver, and that's okay, you're gonna holiday in this knowing state. You will have moments of when you feel amazing and then, five minutes later or five hours later, you're gonna feel like your whole world's falling apart all over again. And that's okay, you didn't fail, you just come back. You just keep coming back to the work, to going back to feeling the feelings, to rewiring your brain, to releasing your beliefs, to letting go of the things that are not a match to this new version of you.
Speaker 1:And then, over time, the more that you learn this, the more that you become a resilient and disciplined person with your mind, in your mind and in your heart. Then you will then settle in the knowing state that nothing can shake you. That you could get a bill doesn't trigger you. You could literally lose your job doesn't trigger you and you can't explain it. You just feel in your body that you're going to be okay, that what you want is already here and you're just going with the flow.
Speaker 1:And so you'll go from wavering and being double-minded and having all these doubts and limiting beliefs which I would call you holiday temporarily in the knowing state that we described, that calm, inner knowing, right that it's done, feeling you will holiday in it until one day you don't. Until one day you go from holidaying into the knowing state to fully settling into it and you know that you have where, no matter what happens in your 3D, you are unchanged, you feel the same and that you almost borderline don't care about it. But you do. But you're not obsessed anymore because the version of you who already has what they want. They're not obsessed with finding out how they're going to get it right.
