You're listening to the Hot Genius Guide to Manifesting. I'm your host, christina Modafari, and today's episode is take action, move. You gotta move. Okay, so I'm gonna just jump straight into this one. As you know, a lot of the things that you learn on this show is it's a mix of everything, right, like there's practicality to it, there's a lot of mindset, there's a lot of education, there's a lot of awareness, like all the things and there is action in there. However, however, all right, I know that you need this episode right now. You need to move, you need to take inspired action. So today's episode is all about understanding action, the law of action and how to use it properly, because, although it is about 80-90% energetics, when it comes to our manifesting journey, it's also 10-20% of action. But the action, the difference between action versus inspired action is that inspired action is action that is given from the wisdom, from your higher self, from your intuition, that can only be delivered to you when you've already done that 80% of the energetics.
Speaker 1:Does that make sense? So, for example, two people can literally do the same thing. Let's I'll give you a random example. Like, if two people want to invest it into a stock, they're investing in the same stock at the exact same time with the exact same amount of money. A stock they're investing in the same stock at the exact same time, with the exact same amount of money. The person person one, as an example say they were feeling really like depressed, afraid, worried that they're going to lose their money as they're making the investment. Person two feels really chill, very neutral, very excited, but like in a calm way, and they make the investment. Let me tell you something person one guarantee that they're going to lose their money. Person two they're going to make a lot of money from that investment. Same investment, same age, same. I feel like I'm doing commercial. This reminds me of commercial but same investment, same everything. Same money, same time, same everything.
Speaker 1:Why are two people getting two different results? Like this is a real thing, um, and it's because person one's energy right. Going back to energetics, it was, it was lack, right, it was fear, it was dense, it's, it's. You're always gonna get the return of an action that you do based on the energy in which you did it. If you do something, literally anything, if you message your friend from a place of you, low-key hate them and you say I love you, they're not going to feel loved. Believe me, there is going to be a way where they're going to make it a thing you know and you're going to wonder why. It's because it wasn't about your words or your actions. It's like how did you feel? Energy doesn't lie, energy speaks before you do. But person two in this example, they're going to get abundance back. They're going to get really good outcomes because they felt good while they committed the action. Do you see that? You know, like? This is so real, guys. It's so real, like when we can understand this. Oh my goodness, you're going to take the most amazing action. Understand this, oh my goodness, you're going to take the most amazing action Now.
Speaker 1:That's why I needed to make a whole episode dedicated to action, because I find this, I usually find that a lot of people's energies are imbalanced. Right, because, for example, the feminine energy what it's like healthy, like the light side of feminine energy is actually receiving energy. Right, and the light side of masculine energy is giving energy. It's the initiation. Now, when it's wounded, the feminine is actually like giving, but it gives from a place of like anger and it's a mess. It's just a bit of a shit show, whereas when the masculine energy is.
Speaker 1:The dark side of masculine energy is that is inaction. How ironic it's inaction. It's procrastination, it's perfectionism, it's waiting for the perfect you know idea or circumstances before it does something. It's constantly doubting itself. It's literally paralyzed in analysis. Paralysis, right, and what I'm trying to say is that either option, so you know which most people usually are in, because their nervous system isn't regulated, which is how you create imbalance in your feminine and masculine energy.
Speaker 1:But people are usually one or the other, right. They're either in their dark, in their not dark, that's not the right one in their shadow, feminine energy, which is different to dark, feminine, um, the shadow, which just means like the feminine that's wounded. They'll go too much action and it would just be sloppy. It would be like person one, right, or, like I said, it's the other end of the extreme. Where they will? They operate from the masculine, the wound, which the wounded, masculine, um part of us would be the again, the perfectionist, afraid to take action. You don't, neither of them are gonna work, guys.
Speaker 1:Instead, you want to use both. You want to create wholeness because you, no matter, because this is genderless, no matter who you are, what you are, everyone has feminine, masculine energy inside of them and when they, when you don't feel complete and you don't validate yourself and you don't fulfill your emotional void yourself, you know your energies are not balanced. But when you own both parts of you, you create wholeness. And then you know, naturally you feel abundant, right, but when you're in this energy, which again, you get to that wholeness through the energy work. So energy work means, you know, regulating a nervous system, rewiring your beliefs, fixing up your self-talk, your thoughts, keeping them as clean as possible, watching your speech patterns and all the things right, being aware of what you listen to, what media you consume, what people you're around. That's all energy work.
Speaker 1:Um, when you do all that now from that place of wholeness, when you take action, you're not doing it from those, um, I guess, lack energies, with the wounded parts of you. You're not gonna do it from like messy action, where it's like purposeless and it's going nowhere, and just doing it because you feel like you have to, like I'd say that's hustle culture. And then you're also not being the other end of the extreme where you're doing nothing and you're trying too hard to prepare but nothing gets done. You're literally preparing for 10 years and nothing happens. Instead, you're in that beautiful balance so that when you do take action, the action is grounded, it's intentional, it's coming from a really, really abundant place, right, and when it's coming from that abundant place, you're also in that state of your own the action feels.
Speaker 1:When I say effortless, effortless, it feels effortless. That's how you know that you're taking inspired action, because you get this random urge. It's like it's almost like your highest self, downloaded something into your brain, and you just want to do it. And this task that you're doing usually would, let's say, make you feel so much dread. All of a sudden, it just feels easy, it just feels like everything's working out for you and that's the action that you've got to take. But you can't even be that person if you don't prioritize your energy, if you don't prioritize your environment, your daily habits, if you can't even be that person if you don't prioritize your energy, if you don't prioritize your environment, your daily habits, if you don't prioritize taking care of your sleep hygiene, like if you don't prioritize the energetics which is a lot of it is physical, which is again so ironic then you can't get the inspired action. The action is pointless. Which is why, when I teach my clients and my students about all this stuff, like, for example, I've got a master manifesto course called the main character makeover course. I literally teach them about priorities. I have this amazing priority tree and the first priority of their life.
Speaker 1:People are always shocked by this, but it's your emotional health, it's your energetics, right, and this is how serious it is. Guys Like you can't if you're not taking care of your energy right, if you're in the freeze response. It's your wounded masculine not wanting to do anything right, and what's that gonna do? You have to move. You've gotta take the action, but you gotta do it from an abundant place. And you do it from an abundant place when you take care of your energy and your emotional state. And you take care of your energy and your emotional state through your routines, through your nervous system routine, through how you prioritize your life, through your environment, through the people you spend time with, through the knowledge you feed your mind, through the media that you consume, through the music you listen to. This is everything. Well, not everything. It's 80, 90% right, but if you don't take care of that, if you're not feeling good, if you don't feel healthy, if you're not taking care of your mental and emotional stability. Your action is just a waste of time. Oh, my goodness, and trust me, trust me when I say this.
Speaker 1:This is coming from the person who literally procrastinated starting a podcast. Guys, do you know how long I wanted to start a podcast? I actually decided to start a podcast literally before it was cool. Like this was probably when it was probably like 2016. Like, when podcasts first came out, roughly is when I wanted to start it. I was inspired by, you know, Tim Ferriss, his podcast. I was inspired by Lewis Howes, tim Bilyeu, tom Bilyeu Like I wanted to have a podcast, right, and I didn't start one until 2022.
Speaker 1:Okay, that is six freaking years, guys. Like this is how important this is. You know why? Because I was in my wounded masculine, meaning I was trying to wait for the perfect time. I was waiting for the perfect idea and it didn't work and nothing happened, right, and this is so common. Like it's perfectionism, right. Common, like it's perfectionism, right. And perfectionism is just when you well, most people have wounds. But anyone who's in like dysregulation has a wounded masculine, which is a lot of people. Unfortunately, they're the same people who are going to feel like they have to wait for things to be perfect, but you do realize just like Mark Zuckerberg says is that when you first have the idea, the idea is not fully formed. The idea becomes fully formed through taking action. It's formed during the process, and I literally learned this lesson the hardest way possible.
Speaker 1:Anyway, in 2022, I'd started my first podcast and, like it flopped. I actually had four frigging podcasts before this one. This one is my baby. It's here to stay. I've had it for I think it's like 14, 15 months from the time of you listening to this episode in real time, right, like, but the other ones they flopped. I could have never had this episode. Guys, if this show has impacted you, do you understand that if I didn't apply the things that I'm teaching you right now, you wouldn't even be impacted by the things you've been impacted by, because this show wouldn't exist? It exists because of my four failed podcasts, and the only reason why I didn't learn my lessons, you know, the first time, like I went through lessons for like a year and a half before I found this um is because I didn't know the energetics of this. I was creating the podcast. I went from like being in the wounded masculine for six years where I didn't do anything. I was just fucking planning. To what end nothing happened. Just fucking planning to what end nothing happened.
Speaker 1:To 2022, launching my first podcast called Hero's Pep Talk. If you're a listener from back then, then shout out to you for being there from the beginning. I did that from the other end of the extreme for my Wounded Feminine. It was a fucking mess. It was a shit show, right. Like I did not know what I was doing, but but that at least I used that and I went. You know what I'm going to find? I'm going to do this in the healthiest way possible, which is how I eventually eventually, after four failed podcasts, created this one.
Speaker 1:Right, and the same goes for my business. Same goes for high vibe gym that I'm always going on about. Same goes for the course that I created. Like I had the idea of creating high vibe gym guys in 2014. I launched it this year that's 10 years and I'm not saying it was wrong. I believe that you know there was a higher purpose and every path is perfect. However, like the truth of the matter is is that I really do believe that I still could have created it 10 years ago. Like that's just the truth. Would it be as good as it is now Absolutely not, but I would have eventually learned what I learned now. But I would have learned along the way. I wouldn't have, I would have enjoyed the process.
Speaker 1:You know, instead of like literally years and years of procrastination, I was in like my wounded masculine, and then I was in my wounded feminine and like, because I didn't, I didn't take it seriously, guys, I really thought it was a load of shit. I thought, like I was like someone who was into manifesting for that whole time since 2014. But, of course, like I didn't fully believe it. You know, like I believed it, but I didn't. I was like, is this a coincidence? Like I don't know, it's a bit too far-fetched, I don't know. Like I change my mind every day.
Speaker 1:I'm like I always knew, like energetics are everything or 80%. You know, it's the priority, it's the main part, you know, but I didn't take it seriously, guys. I really didn't. I really didn't. Please learn from my lesson. Take it fucking seriously. It is real. Your energy is so important. Your nervous system, your health, it is everything. Go to therapy, heal your trauma. Do somatic therapy, release those old feelings. Take action. You can't take proper action that's actually going to yield you the results that you want until you take care of your energy. But once you take care of your energy, take action.
Speaker 1:So many of my clients come to me and they get to a point where they really they master the energy, and then I find that. But then they're stuck in the action because they're now got this new obstacle which you might have, which I actually had in the past, where they've got the wounded masculine. Now, where they're trying to be perfectionist, they're literally trying to wait for this perfect moment to start. They get stuck in the raining waiting room, right, let's say. Or they're like oh, you know, I don't feel ready, christina. And I'm like, listen to me, you're never gonna feel ready. Being ready is not a feeling, it is a decision. It's a decision that you, you, only you, can decide on. Right. And they're oh, but I don't really have all the tools yet, it's not the right time. I'm like there is no right time. That is an illusion, that is.
Speaker 1:I don't know who told people that like. Probably people who were trying to gatekeep success or something, I don't know. You're like you just you got to do it. You start in the chaos, but a healthy chaos. Right After you regulate your nervous system, you got to take action from calm chaos, from regulated, grounded chaos, right? What I mean by that is you know it's not the perfect time.
Speaker 1:You don't have the perfect microphone, you don't have the perfect equipment. You don't have the. You know like, for example, you want to start a podcast? Do it with your fucking voice memo app. I still use a voice memo app to record this. I didn't start using a Rode mic. I have a Rode mic, you know a year and a half ago. But I use my fucking phone, my phone microphone when I first started. You don't need perfection. You start now. If you want to be a content creator, you literally just need your phone. Start now. If you want to be a content creator, you literally just need your phone. Start now, right. But that's what I mean when I say you're not going to feel ready. You don't have to have all the equipment because let me tell you something you could literally have the perfect equipment, the perfect environment, like, no, like you know, you've got like a month off work, paid leave and you still won't do it. I promise you won't do it, because it's not about that.
Speaker 1:Life is supposed to have a little bit of chaos in a healthy way. Right? You've got the shit chaos. You've got the good chaos. Good chaos means change, means you're regulating your nervous system, means you're letting go of control of things you can't control and you're controlling the things that you can, which is your mindset, your emotions, your decisions, your habits, your routines, your friends, your energy, your environment. Right, like you control that. When you control that, that is healthy chaos. Because chaos, really, what is it? It's just things that you can't control, is it not? It's uncertainty. That is life. That is literally life. Right? Bad chaos is when all that shit is still happening and you are neglecting what I just said. You're neglecting your mindset, your nervous system, your emotions, your mental health. That's bad chaos.
Speaker 1:Don't start there.
Speaker 1:You take care of your energy first, but once you do, you take action, you take inspired action and it will become effortless. Right? And you've got your higher self constantly telling you that there's that voice isn't there? Right, because I tell my clients this and my clients they start and they learn this. They're starting like I'm talking about my new clients, right, my older clients, they've mastered this by now, like they don't need things to be perfect anymore. But I'm trying to relate to and connect with you.
Speaker 1:For people who are new in my world, right, and then they start to learn this they take messy action, but they do it from a calm place. They regulate themselves, they feel abundant, they bless their current situation, even if it hasn't happened yet. They bless their you know, let's say, they want to be a content creator. They bless their online community before they have one. You know, they do it and they feel good. And then they take the action and it doesn't have to be perfect and they show up again and again and again, right, but this is how it's supposed to be. It's not supposed to be, you know, like.
Speaker 1:Perfection is not real guys. It's just, it's not. It's not a thing. Yeah, the only thing that was perfect was the big bang, you know, 13.8 billion years ago, and you know what that probably looked like A big black circle hole. That's perfection. As soon as the Big Bang happened, a universe expanded over the course of 13.8 billion years, where stars became fish and fish became humans. That's literally all chaos. That is chaos. That's good.
Speaker 1:Chaos is not bad, right, but who are you in the midst of the unknown of the natural order of life and nature, which is chaos. Who are you? Are you calm? Are you regulated? Are you in control of yourself? Are you present, or are you just completely victimized by your environment? Or are you constantly giving away your power and waiting for the new calendar year, waiting for Pluto to move to this direction, waiting for the Mercury retrograde to be over, or waiting for Prince Charming or Princess Charming to save you, or waiting to win the lot? What are you waiting for? Because it is an illusion. You'll be waiting forever, because you are the change that you have been seeking, you, because you are the creator of your reality, and your external reality is literally a direct mirror and reflection of your internal reality. Right, you can't control and change that. Life is supposed to have the unknown, but you can control what kind of unknown it is. Is it working with you or against you? And that all comes down to your energy, your energetics, which is your mindset, your emotions, your nervous system, your emotions, your mental health, your decisions, your environments, the music you listen to, the movies you consume, the friends you have, the things that you can control. Right, and when you can focus, like if you need a nail, and summarize this whole episode. This is how I'm going to summarize it all right, 80.
Speaker 1:Take care of your energy, your mindset, your nervous system, and then take action when it feels inspiring. And then repeat, rinse and repeat all day. Obsess over taking care about yourself. Obsess over your morning routine. Use the High Vibe Gym Guides.

You're one of the pioneers of doing it. No one's doing this right. Even if they're regulating themselves and doing a routine they don't like, they have to constantly remember how to do that, because when you're in a state of distress, your brain is not working the same. You don't have to worry about that anymore.
Speaker 1:You literally grab your phone, you click the Heart Genius Society app, you go into the High Vibe Gym and you select what you need. You need a night routine so that you can have a beautiful sleep and manifest in your sleep. You click High Vibe Night. You want a beautiful morning that you need some energy. You want to get a five hour routine done in five minutes, 10 minutes. You click the high vibe morning. Guys, it's all around you. Opportunity is all around you. This doesn't have to be hard. This gets to be easy, but it's time to move. All right, it's time to move.
Speaker 1:Remember, all you got to focus on is take care of your energy and your emotions and then take fun action. I'm going to say it one more time Take care of your emotions and your energy and then take inspired action from that energy. Rinse and repeat, rinse and repeat all day, every day. It doesn't matter your circumstances. This is manifestation, put simply. But do not underestimate how powerful and effective this is.
Speaker 1:But this can't just be something you do for a week. This has to become your new normal, because everything's hard, everything. But you got to choose your hard, and I don't know about you, but I think that choosing the hard, that benefits you, because it makes you happier, healthier, mentally stable, emotionally stable, more abundant, more focused, and the action you take becomes effortless and have a better result. I don't know about you, but that sounds like a good fucking deal. That sounds like a hard. That is a no brainer to me, right? And so please remember I think that you have.
