You're listening to the Manifesting Money Series, part two, and I'm gonna go straight into this episode because it's just too juicy for me to just say anything else. So I hope you're doing well. I wanna check in with you first before we get started. How are you doing? Check in with yourself you good, I hope you're good. Well, if you're not feeling the best, you're definitely going to feel better by the end of this episode, and if you're already feeling good, well, you're just going to feel better. So let's do it. So I want to begin by explaining the money energetics and what this means, its purpose. But if you are currently in a situation where you feel like you had, like, this kind of wave of hope, this motivation, and then all of a sudden you just feel like you lost it and you're sort of back to square one and you're wondering why and how to change this, then this episode's for you, because if you don't just listen but actually apply the things that we're going to go over today, I can guarantee you that you're going to feel very differently towards your abundance situation and your manifesting journey when it comes to money. So our nervous system is the magic wand to our reality in general, but our nervous system is especially in control of money. But our nervous system is especially in control of money. And what I mean by this is if you can imagine right now that even if you were to literally, let's say, win $500,000 for whatever reason, that's a large sum of money.

Speaker 1:

I want to ask you, to ask yourself something. Let's say you got an email right now and it said congratulations, you've won five hundred thousand dollars. And you remember that you applied for a competition, like just for a laugh, like maybe three weeks ago. You just saw that. How do you feel? You would probably feel a mix of emotions. Maybe you'd feel a bit excited. Maybe you'd be a little bit uh afraid. Would you agree? Like there'd be a little bit afraid, would you agree? Like there'd be a mixed emotion? Maybe not, maybe you feel differently, but let's say you felt excited, like really fucking excited, because it's logical to feel like that. Right, it's like holy crap, that's a big amount of money at once For some people. They've never seen that. For some people that is normal. For some people it's, you know, impossible. Like everyone's got a different view on that same amount of money, right.

Speaker 1:

But what if I told you, based on how the nervous system actually works because the nervous system doesn't believe in positive and negative, it just sees things objectively. But what if I told you that the feeling of excitement is actually a type of dysregulation in your nervous system, because it is when we are excited, angry, kind of feel like we're running out of time. This is what is called hyperarousal. So this just means your nervous system is like it's really really on overdrive. Now, stress is neutral, okay, but how we perceive it and how we use stress is what dictates whether it becomes distress, which is a negative form of stress, or is it eustress, spout, e-u-stress. And so the only thing that determines whether it's distress which is not going to help you function, versus eustress is simply based on your perception. But what if I told you that even then, even if it was positive stress, if you reacted in a positive, stressful, dysregulated way to winning $500,000, let's say, or even $10,000, then this is telling me that your nervous system is not primed to be able to receive money of that amount.

Speaker 1:

Now, I learned this the hard way Earlier this year. Okay, earlier this year is when I hit my first breakthrough when it came to healing my money wounds, because I was really good at manifesting literally in every other area of my life, but whenever it came to money like this was the most stubborn part of my journey. And I'd been working on my money wounds for like maybe three years because I didn't have the guidance that I needed. And when things started to click together was when I finally, like, got money coaches and manifestation coaches to really support me through this and before I knew it, I went from being someone who was, you know, broke for a very long time to literally what, seemingly within a second, I became someone who, you know, got out of debt and my whole reality changed. But it all kind of began when I won $10,000.

Speaker 1:

And this is how I discovered all of this, because I accidentally figured this out. I accidentally figured out that money's frequency this is the next part is actually neutrality, because prior to that I thought that excessive amount of gratitude, which is different to appreciation, gratitude, excitement I thought that was like being high vibe, you know, I thought that was you know how I was going to attract money into my life. Um, but me manifesting that big, large sum of money, you know, in one go it actually came from me feeling neutral and I again, I did it by accident. So I was doing this random exercise on myself, um, and I was like imagining like winning $2.5 million, right, and I was doing this exercise myself for fun, um, like I didn't really like expect anything from it, but like I did it for like maybe two weeks and then I had gotten to a point where my brain just like kind, didn't like see 2.5 million dollars as like as anything. Um, it just saw it was just like whatever, it's like out of reach. I was still feeling out of reach, like I'm not saying I have that money now, um, or depending on when you're listening to this episode, because in the future I definitely will have it. Um, anyway, I just started feeling like whatever towards it, if you get what I mean like neutral, but it was also cut with a sense of like that's really out of reach, if that makes sense. It was like a mix of feelings, but when I compared and I expanded my tolerance.

Speaker 1:

So what this is is, this whole point of my exercise was to build my window of tolerance in my nervous system, because by using a goal or a number amount, that felt like, you know, impossible or really fucking far away. That's how you stretch your nervous system's ability to to perceive and hold and to react to certain things, and this doesn't just apply to money. I used to be a therapist and like. This is literally a real thing about like, because I used to have panic disorder. I used to have, um, chronic anxiety disorder, like all these phobias, you know. So this is the same technique I was using, but I was using it for money, right, where, essentially, you create something that's even more scary than the thing you're afraid of, um, and you normalize that. So now the thing that you were afraid of it, in comparison feels like nothing.

Speaker 1:

So what I'm trying to say here is that I was like, focusing on the $2.5 million, and that still felt, I wouldn't say fully neutral, it was like. It was still like, oh my God, like, so impossible, but like compared to how I would see it, you know, a year prior to that, it was a massive jump. And then, when I would look at, think or look about $10,000, $10,000 felt like nothing for real, it literally felt like nothing. So I was, you know, I expanded my window of tolerance, is what I'm trying to say. And so when I expanded that what that window of tolerance means is that everyone's nervous system has what is called that tolerance window of how well can we tolerate stresses People, let's say, with childhood trauma, people with ADHD, people with chronic anxiety, you name it.

Speaker 1:

Naturally, the window of tolerance to stress, how much they can tolerate stress is significantly small, which is why you wouldn't, you'll very rarely find someone with like chronic anxiety also being happy with their money, like it's. You're not really going to find that combination right and it's just the way it is, like in a frequency and a nervous system level. And so, anyway, I was training my nervous system to, you know, really be able to normalize money, because, coming from poverty, money was so like it just felt so on a pedestal, like even a hundred dollars for like it was on a pedestal like any amount, just money in general. And so that's why it took me longer, Cause I didn't know what I didn't know and I was like really resistant to getting like coaches in the past or it just made me waste like several years of my life. But anyway, going back to you know, earlier this year I had, like I said, I did that two week thing for myself and I literally made my nervous system feel very different. I expanded its ability to tolerate stress.

Speaker 1:

Because stress, remember guys, I want to remind you, it's not what you think it is. It's not necessarily negative, it's neutral. Because money is a stressor, yeah, it's a stressor, like a period. To be honest, everything's a stressor, everything has a potential to be a stressor. It's just that. Is it a positive one? Is it a negative one? And also, how fast can you bounce back to feeling neutral about it? Because our goal is actually to stay in neutrality, because that's actually a really good place to live in energetically and emotionally.

Speaker 1:

So, anyway, going back to that story, I was telling you because I had done that. I had. Yeah, I was just I was calling in money now and I was like, okay, I'm going to call in like something like $10,000. Right, and it felt like literally nothing. I made the money, I won the money in a competition. I was like whoa, what the fuck just happened? Because it did I. It was really strange.

Speaker 1:

I remember when it happened, I was like I felt like there was two parts of me. There was the present self, like the new identity I had and my nervous system was learning about, and I just felt like it was normal, like it didn't feel like the biggest deal. I was still fucking grateful oh my God, I'm so grateful. Um, but it wasn't like this thing. That was so, wow, you know. But then there was still this, my old self that sort of reared its head in and that when it actually happened, it's like I I just I felt guilty for feeling so calm about it that my nervous system just went back to its default setting and I would.

Speaker 1:

I went back into that, that feeling of like I was just crying, I was crying, I was hyperventilating, um, when I found out that I won it, but it was weird because there was this delay before I got to that point, right, like usually I would have just cried instantly, whereas this time I felt calm. Then I cried, then I felt like overwhelmed, then I felt like what the hell is happening? Like, do you know what I mean? And so this is how I learned it by accident. And then I, when I was studying money energetics, I started to see that this is how I learned it by accident. And then, when I was studying money energetics, I started to see that I understood it deeper.

Speaker 1:

But now that I understand it deeper, I can actually utilize it, because, as manifestation, it's many things, but it's being able to become a conscious creator through our ability to manipulate energy, and our energy is based on how we feel. It's our nervous system, it's all our nervous system, and so my point here is that, when I had gone, like I had felt guilt for feeling calm, um, but grateful about winning that money, um, even though I'd won it, now there was all these delays, um, paypal, literally, cause that's how I was receiving the money PayPal literally decided to just like, um, my PayPal just was like glitching. All these things, like all of these random delays, because I had like gone out of that neutral energy and my reality was showing me that, you know, and it showed, it, taught me a very powerful lesson and I'm like, holy crap. Like and over time I started to see it's like it's literally, because my nervous system was completely dictating whether I was repelling money, whether I was receiving money, whether I was, you know, like hoarding money or overspending, like it was literally all in charge of it, and and you know, it wasn't like healing and manifesting. It's not linear. I wish it was, I wish it was linear, but it's absolutely not linear, but that doesn't mean that when you feel like you're going backwards, you're actually going backwards, because it's actually impossible to go backwards. Um, it just feels like you're going backwards, but really it's. Everything needs to go in different directions. This is I think that is the law of rhythm, like things need to go back and forth in order to propel, you know, and so my nervous system, my energy, was just going back and forth throughout this period and that was normal.

Speaker 1:

I was wavering wavering to the old self of feeling really broke, wavering into the new self of feeling really abundant, and wavering back to the old self and feeling like am I fucking worthy of this? Wavering back, and it was all this drama? Right, and this drama can be prevented. I don't believe that. It's like you have to go through that, but you will go through that if you don't know what I'm teaching you now, and so I want to prevent that from happening to you by you understanding that, if you can get in control of your nervous system, regulate yourself, make it a freaking the most important thing in your life because it's not even just about money, guys like this is about your life you do realize that your nervous system on a 3D level, on a circumstantial level, is literally responsible for your physical health and your mental health. So that you know, if you don't even believe about this you know, in regards to money, which I don't know what you're doing here on this show if you don't really believe in energetics, but I mean for whatever reason, if that is you, then do it for your mental health, do it for your physical health.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, you do realize that you, regulating your nervous system, can literally add years to your life, like it's a whole thing, because stress again part of the nervous system literally, you know, gets rid of the telomeres system, literally, you know, gets rid of the telomeres, which is what dictates our biological age. Yeah, so this is powerful shit and and it all links to everything and including money. So how can we apply this? Well, number one awareness. Have the awareness of how important your nervous system regulation is.

Speaker 1:

If you have been sleeping on this, if you've been treating this like it's nothing, if you've been treating this like your side bitch, please stop, stop treating nervous system regulation as your side bitch and make it your main bitch, okay, because it needs to be the most important thing of your life, because healthy nervous system, healthy life, happy nervous system, happy life, abundant nervous system, abundant life. You get my point. And when you can learn to get your nervous system to practice, to feel safe, because every single time you regulate your nervous system, you are quite literally putting in reps. Okay, it's not a waste of time. Don't think that when you regulate your nervous system, it was just to help you in that moment. No, that is like saying they're going to the gym and doing reps of you know bicep curls. It was a waste of time, it's not. You can't see the results instantly, but you are depositing muscles, you're giving your, you're building. Something like this is real. Your nervous system works the same way and the more reps you put in, the more triggers you regulate and you neutralize, the stronger your nervous system gets.

Speaker 1:

Therefore, the better you become at receiving money, at manifesting money, at growing money, at spending money, and you feel neutral towards it. And that's your goal. You want to learn to become someone who feels neutral towards it, because feeling neutral towards material things, especially money, equals abundance. That is literally the abundance frequency. People think, including my past self, that it was gratitude, and I did say in part one that money's language is appreciation, but when you think about it, appreciation has got the same energy as gratitude. Appreciation is the neutral, calm version of gratitude. Really, let that land right. And so appreciation, feeling neutral, feeling calm that's the goal. You want to live there most of the time.

Speaker 1:

That's called being regulated, and then you want to allow your life to, because life is full of stresses, both good and bad. You want to allow yourself throughout the day to be dysregulated, to be excited, which is a type of dysregulation, and to get your nervous system to eventually become so strong that it can tolerate these stresses to the point where you don't have to put in as much reps. It naturally becomes stronger. And when your nervous system becomes freaking athlete, then your money will follow you because it's the same frequency, you know. Like the same way, if you're tuning the radio station at 101.1, you're gonna get the 101.1 station. The radio is setting out that you're transmitting the energy. Your brain, therefore your nervous system, is the radio dial to the peak, like trying to, you know, transmit and receive the money frequency.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, this is. This is real shit. This is not new. This is not just woo-woo, this is Nikola Tesla been talking about this. This was ages ago. This stuff has been known for ages, but it was not common knowledge. It still isn't common knowledge, but it's becoming more common, right? And so if you take anything away from this episode, please understand the point. I don't want you to sleep on this anymore.

If you don't change? What I'm trying to say is you don't take action right now, be that the app or you going on YouTube, or you hiring a coach, like that's you've chosen to stay someone who doesn't regulate their nervous system. You've chosen to be someone who's not taking responsibility for their money, and I say this with love. Okay, I'm saying this with love, but like you are so powerful, you are the creator. You got to show up for yourself, right? And if it's not necessarily just for the money, for for your health, but it's both, they link very where.

Speaker 1:

Very rarely are you going to find a wealthy person who doesn't have good health. That is not random, that is not a coincidence, because they prioritize their health. Even if they're not spiritual, even if they're not into this stuff, they still prioritize their nervous system. They still prioritize their health. They just don't talk about it the way we're talking about it. But let me tell you something Health is wealth, wealth is health. Health is wealth. Okay, write that down Like. This is not an accident. This is not random, and I created the high vibe gym because I knew what it was like when I was so overwhelmed. I was a freaking counselor and I didn't fucking understand the nervous system. I wasn't taught that in counseling school, right, because this information is so new, guys, it's so new. Doctors aren't even taught this yet, right? Not to this degree. Not about the emotions.

Speaker 1:

Please do yourself a favor and manifest money. Manifest your health through actually taking care of the magic wand to your abundance, to your health, which is, once again, it's what. It's your nervous system, it's your ability sorry, your body's ability to tolerate stresses. Stop trying to avoid stress. It doesn't make sense to avoid stress. Literally everything is a potential stressor. If you avoid stress, guys, you're avoiding life, you're avoiding living. It takes stress, positive eustress to actually grow, to learn. When you're learning something new, that's stress. Like you got to get your body on board. Your body needs to be able to tolerate that. You need to put in the reps. You have a freaking tool at your disposal that I'm offering you. That's free, okay, and please prioritize this.

And when you start making your nervous system regulation your priority and you can understand that the frequency of money energetics is literally neutrality, which you can also understand as appreciation and calmness, then your whole life changes. And ever since I have been applying because I'm still applying it, I'm still putting in the reps guys right, because I'm not, I'm a future billionaire. Let me tell you and I don't just say that lightly, like I know, I just know it because I know who I am right and I want to help a lot of people and I need resources to do that. So I'm on this journey with you. You ain't alone, right, we're a different part, but you've got to prioritize this, right. You've got to show up for yourself and I can tell you from my own personal experience, like anything is possible. It doesn't matter where you come from, doesn't matter your past, doesn't matter anything. You can change. Have a growth mindset.

Speaker 1:

If you don't believe that you could create greater than your current environment or your current life circumstances, you have a fixed mindset. No, that's not going to get you anywhere. Have a growth mindset. The growth mindset knows for a fact that with change, with adjustments, you can get anything you want. You just got to keep going, and that failure is only feedback, and that failure is only failure if you give up.

But when you prioritize your nervous system, I'm telling you right now I'm not even just saying this from like a textbook perspective, even though there's no, I don't think there's textbooks on this, but you know what I'm saying but I'm saying it from an experiential perspective that you know, when I receive five figures in sales in a month, like for my business, like it doesn't freak me out anymore, I'm still grateful, but I'm calm now and I have moments when I waver as well. Right, like my nervous system still needs the reps, but when it happens, I get excited. I'm like, yes, this is just my opportunity to get stronger, to put reps into my nervous system, gym, blah, blah, blah. And I just I have so much self-belief and you have that too, you have that ability, so make sure. Once again, hope you enjoy this episode.
