Welcome back to this week's episode of Decisions Equal Manifestations. Now, do not take this one lightly, because this is like Manifestation 101. Like, it is literally like the bottom line, to be honest, and it's pretty much based on the fact that, well, first of all, the universe favors the bold and the confident. So allow me to explain and let's just get straight into it. I'm obviously so excited that I actually don't remember if I even introduced you guys. But it's all right, if I said it, we'll go with it. Okay. So, before anything, we needed to understand what a real decision is. Okay. So let's begin there.
Speaker 1:The real meaning of the word decision means to cut off all other possibilities, and what that looks like on a practical level is that let's say you have decided that you're not officially, you're not a broke person anymore, that you truly decided that let's say okay. This means that when you are minus $100 in your bank account, as tempting as it is to do what you used to do and act like a broke person and go oh my God, why me, poor me, this always happens to me. Fuck the economy. Why is this not fair? Blah, blah, blah. Right, in that moment you catch that and you respond as a decision of you being more abundant. And let me tell you something someone who is abundant, someone who has more than enough money, at all times when they look at their bank account, it happens to have minus a hundred dollars, I can guarantee you they are not saying, well, poor me, this sucks. They would be thinking much differently, but like oh yeah, cool money will come, I'll figure it out. Cool like the 3d. You need to stop getting sucked into the 3d if you're to stop getting sucked into the 3D.
Speaker 1:If you're guilty of this because I used to be guilty of this, but your life circumstances are old news, it's just dead and gone. Right, it's the lagging and the echoes of your past thoughts and identities. Right, you're more powerful than any number in your bank account. But the decision, the point of the decision, is that who are you being when shit gets hard? Because if you truly decided that you're no longer a broke person, then that would mean that when you are minus a hundred dollars in your account, instead of saying, oh, poor me, my life sucks, fuck the economy. Instead, you're going to be like cool me. Instead, you're going to be like cool, I'm excited to make some money. I'm excited, what thing can I do? You're in control, and that is the difference. And that is the difference.
Speaker 1:Honestly, without any manifestation, work even Like that is the difference if you're just looking at pure psychology, but right now I'm talking about this from all aspects, all levels and all ends that a real decision really means cutting off all other possibilities, not just when it's easy, but especially when it's hard. And that is the reason why decisions equal manifestations, because you will get what you want. Believe you will not be a broke person if you truly decided that you'll never be one again, no matter what it will happen, because you will naturally be forced to be someone else. And when you are naturally forced to be a different version of you, a more abundant version of you, you then shift your identity, which comes the next part. And when you shift your identity, you shift your reality. It's that simple, because everything is a reflection of your inner world. You are in control. You are so powerful, but you are so powerful that if you refuse to believe that you are, you'll make that true. And so decisions are so, so underrated, like I just can't, because it's like you know we throw that word around. Oh, just decide what you want to eat or whatever it's like. No, but deciding on even something small like what to eat, that truly means cutting off any other possibilities. And what that looks like is, let's say, you decided to eat your amazing meal preps that you've invested in, and then someone tells you oh, do you want to go for a Macca's run? You don't go for that Macca's run, no matter how tempting it is. And if you go for that McDonald's run if you're not from Australia, no matter how tempting it is, and if you go for that McDonald's run if you're not from Australia, that's what Macca's is. That is you not deciding? You never decided, because a decision once again means you burnt the bridges. There's no other possibility. Whatever you chose is what you'll get.
Speaker 1:And the reason why this is important on a manifestation level is because the universe cannot co-create with you and meet you halfway, because it is the servant of you. And if you're giving mixed signals to the universe, that's the equivalent of the CEO telling all the workers hey, can you please grant me that paperwork? Email Cindy at 5pm. Oh, and also make sure that at 5pm you go to that meeting. What is that worker going to say to the CEO? They'll be like, bro, I don't know what you want. Like how can I be two places at once? Like I'm not with you, like I don't get it. That worker is the universe and you are the CEO. And if you keep giving mixed signals and being a mess, being flaky and not being solid in yourself and having all this leaky energy, the universe can try its best, just like the worker can try its best to sort of do the task that the ceo just told them to do. But let's be real, is that worker really gonna deliver? No, no, there's no difference between that analogy and you and the universe. And you know that does not mean now here comes a nuance. That does not mean that you can't change your mind.
Speaker 1:But I was having this conversation with my client the other day actually, and I really want to share it. It's so fucking important. So she was worried about, you know, changing her mind and I was bringing up a pattern that she has because she had this pattern where it's like she kind of like was afraid of commitment because she was afraid that she changed her mind. So she'd never, I guess, fully commit to things, she never truly decided on things, she always had one foot out the door and because of that. The irony is that, because of that flakiness and leaky energy and lack of commitment, she would like change her mind, like all the time, over and over again, and like she just did not like that was the one thing she didn't want. And then it was happening, you know. And so I said to her I'm like okay.
Speaker 1:So she had this opportunity come up, um, and I was like you're going, if you want this, but you know, and you want yourself the freedom to change your mind, that's fine. But what you need to do is that you need to decide on this opportunity as if you're not going to change your mind. You can't have one foot out the door because, get this, let's say you know you're fully in it, you fully decided that you're going to take up this opportunity. Only after you've done that, only after you've completely been solid in your decision, can you even trust the fact that you need to change your mind.
Speaker 1:Sometimes we don't know that we made the wrong decision until we already made the decision. Sometimes we just expect ourselves to know whether it's a right or wrong decision. But like that doesn't always work like that, because then how would the universe allow us to expand and grow if we're never making mistakes. And this need as a society to prevent mistakes at all costs is like such a problem, because 99% of success is failure and mistakes, like we, because 99% of success is failure and mistakes, like it's actually a part of it, it's not the opposite of it. So, anyway, what she did was she fully grounded herself and committed to this opportunity right Fully, and she acted like that was it. There was no other possibility. This was the thing. She did it.
Speaker 1:And then, a few days later, from a grounded place of confidence and self-conviction, she said I've changed my mind and we were speaking about it and she's like I've never felt that confident in myself. I've never just felt, you know, just like it made sense and like a better opportunity ended up coming up for her Right and that's. And the thing is, she's always. She always struggled with that like she used to speak in like question marks almost. She was never, she was never able to trust herself like in the past. If she was a change her mind, she'd constantly doubt herself. She's constantly questions her, question herself. She'd be like, oh my god, like, was that the wrong thing? Oh my god, was that the right thing, oh my god, and spiral.
Speaker 1:And then she was just in this pattern that just never ended, whereas this time around she fully decided, because for the most part it felt right, but she wasn't fully sold. But she decided as if it was like the thing right. And then she, she grounded herself in it. She allowed, you know, life to do its thing and then a better opportunity come up and then she went and took that and then, when she had changed her mind, this time for the first time in life, she didn't feel ashamed of herself for doing so and honestly, I don't believe that that opportunity that was better for her would have actually become a match to her vibration had she not first fully committed to the quote-unquote wrong opportunity. Because it's not wrong. It's not wrong unless you make it mean it's wrong. It's the unfolding, it is the bridge of incidents, it's the unfolding of your desires.
Speaker 1:Sometimes we need to make a decision, like we'll use a random example Sometimes we need to fully, genuinely believe that we are going to take up a job, a new job offer, like we have to decide that this is going to be our life for the next 20 years. Right, let's say. Sometimes we need to be so in it for three days later to find out it is absolutely not the job that you want. But those three days that you genuinely believed it was gave you a lifetime of lessons, so that whatever lessons you got in those three days, the next thing you did now, let's say, completely opened you up to a brand new world, where you get to experience the life that you didn't even think was possible for you to have. This is what I mean when I say like decision is so important because it doesn't even matter if it's not the perfect one, if it feels right enough to make it, if it's like, obviously not dangerous, obviously be reasonable here, like if it's a decent opportunity but you just haven't fully figured it out. Sometimes it's okay to fully, like mentally and energetically commit to it, because you don't know what's waiting for you on the other side and the universe favors the bold. That is why decisions are real.
Speaker 1:Decision making the one that I've been talking about throughout this episode equals manifestation once again, because even for me I'm not even joking the amount of times that I've done this, I can't even tell when I've oh, my god, I'm gonna get emotional. The amount of times that I've done this. I can't even tell when I've. Oh my God, I'm going to get emotional Um the amount of times that I've done this and like I've literally experienced magic. I'm going to give you some random examples.
Speaker 1:First example um context, I am almost 29 years old, but when I was 20 years old, I had I was writing my first book and I wanted to publish this book and I wanted to do it independently. Anyway, just so we're clear, I was broke as a joke, okay, like we're talking good luck if I was making more than like $10,000 a year. Like I'm not even exaggerating that or being dramatic, and this was nine years ago, so that's not even counting inflation. Um, dramatic, and this was nine years ago, so that's not even counting inflation. Um, anyway, I was like on welfare, student payments or some shit anyway. So, um, what happened? Okay, so I was worried, right, and the in order to publish like a book the way that I wanted to independently. We're looking at an average of that time. Um, this is including paying for the um editing, because to get an editor to edit your book it's expensive. It was like $2,500 just for that. So, all up, I remember the cost were like five and a half, maybe six grand at the time because I found the cheapest option. Just so we're clear, that would be equivalent to six months of my income and a girl got to eat and I didn't have that money just lying around and I'm like what the fuck? Anyway, I get this. I'm going to get so emotional. I've actually never told anyone this story before.
Speaker 1:Anyway, I was maybe I don't know six weeks into, you know, writing the book. I wrote the book really fast. I wrote the book in like three weeks, literally writing, because it was a collection of my notes and that I'd written over the years, right? So I was just typing. I didn't, that's all I did. I just literally typed and forgot to eat. Essentially, anyway, my point is that I was just typing. I didn't that's all I did. I just literally typed and forgot to eat.
Speaker 1:Essentially, anyway, my point is that I was nearly done and I was worrying about the publishing process. I'm like how am I going to get the money? And then I'm like you know what? I don't give a fuck. I'm a motherfucking published author. It's done. It's done. I'm a published author, that's it Done. Bye, cute. And I just let go, not realizing I was like full on a master manifesto already, like I was practicing law of detachment, law of assumption, all the things. Anyway, get this.
Speaker 1:I made a decision, yeah, and I mean it. Like, even though I had no logical business guys, I had no business to believe I was going to be an author. First of all, I was 20 years old, I was broke as a joke. I was going to independently publish that Like for me, five, six grand like that's a lot of money in general for anyone, but for a 20 year old like literally never seen that money in her life. I was like I felt delusional, right In a good way, at that time. Anyway. So my point is that you're not going to believe this literally. Literally, like two days later, if that, something like that.
Speaker 1:Okay, someone close to me, um, was at the pokies won ten thousand dollars and knew about my book situation and wanted to gift it to me because they believed in my work and I literally got. I didn't get all the money at once, so so I got. They gave me like what, half of it, which is all I needed at the time, cause it was like sort of like a two, like I didn't have to pay the five, six grand at once. You forget me. So they gave me like three grand, um, and then when I needed to pay the next two, three grand, then the same thing the universe favors the boat. The money just fell on my lap. I think I got like offered like a job or a contract or something that was like a short thing. I had to do that, paid that I don't know. But my point the money literally fell out of thin air, like it's not like this person, like first of all, I didn't ask this person for money, did not expect it from this person. This person doesn't exactly win things at the pokies all the time. Like it was just like literally the universe, okay, this is manifestation in action. And that's what happened Second time.
Speaker 1:I remember the day that I went from being like, like so I was overweight, I hated my life. I was like my health was a joke, like it was so bad, um was going through a health crisis in general, right, and I always call this my nacho moment, because I made this decision. While I was like self loathing and binging on like a fricking um laundry basket size of of nachos, I had like a kilo of fricking cheese on there Like I would like I had a food addiction so I would drown my emotions in food. Anyway, my point I call it a nacho moment because that was that moment, halfway of eating those nachos, I literally decided I am done being an unhealthy person who hates herself. I'm done not taking care of myself. I'm done neglecting my health. I'm done. I'm just fucking done.
Speaker 1:From this moment on, I don't give a shit, rain, hail or shine, come the fuck at me, like this was me declaring to the universe and myself I'm a healthy person, I don't care how I look. I'm sick of trying to lose weight, I'm sick of trying to be the hottest bitch in the room, I don't care anymore, I just want my health. I'm a healthy person. That is it, that is done. I literally and this sounds dramatic, but I'm not kidding you, if you were there with me it was as dramatic as I'm explaining it, okay, anyway, because it felt that heavy and like that, whoa, you know, anyway, literally halfway from eating this like 10 kilo bowl of nachos, right, and eating my feelings away, I literally just like pivved the fricking bowl like halfway across the table and I'm just like that's it done and I literally became a different person.
Speaker 1:It's been almost 10 years since then. I've never looked back. I've stayed a healthy person, consistently. At the time I was a pescatarian and then, maybe a year later, I became vegan. I've been vegan this whole time. It's easy, it's simple. I lost 25 kilos and at the time I had lost that in a healthy way, without stepping foot in the fucking gym, by the way, and I've never gained it back. Work it out. Work it out Because then the universe started delivering.
Speaker 1:The universe started like I'd just be randomly walking in a shopping center and I walk across the perfect book that would give me all the answers that I needed in the most relaxing way, and then I would do the next step and the next step. Everything just felt fucking easy, most relaxing way, and then I would do the next step and the next step. Everything just felt fucking easy, to be honest, and I've never looked back because, once again, decisions equal manifestation, and sometimes the decision is actually about who you stop, who you've decided to stop being. Really, hear that Sometimes it's not about just deciding I'm a published author. Sometimes it's about deciding that you're no longer broke. Sometimes it's not about just deciding I'm a published author. Sometimes it's about deciding that you're no longer broke. Sometimes that's deciding that you no longer hate yourself. Sometimes that's you deciding that you're no longer going to be unhealthy.
Speaker 1:But a real decision isn't just the ones that people say that are empty, like oh my God, I want to be healthy. No, a real decision means rain, hail or shine, when it's hard, when it's easy, when it's up or it's down. That is the choice you're going to make again and again and again. A decision is a commitment. The same way, when you marry someone, when you decide, you are marrying that decision. The same way, when there's a fight and you marry someone, when you decide, you are marrying that decision.
Speaker 1:The same way, when there's a fight in your marriage, you don't sit there going okay, bye, let's get divorced because we can't agree on the color curtains we want right. It sounds funny when you're talking about marriage, but it's no difference to your decisions. Instead of you fighting about the curtain colors, it's someone offering you food that you know is just going to make you feel like shit and doesn't nourish you, and you saying yes to it would be you divorcing someone. That doesn't make sense in a real marriage. If you don't agree on the curtains, you have committed to that person to stay with them, whether you like the same color curtains or not. So when you decide that you're no longer broke, that means once again that if you have a bill that's annoying as fuck, you've decided to be not a broke person, you've decided to be an abundant person.
Speaker 1:Act like them. Act like them. That is your power. Decisions, equal manifestation. A decision truly is when you are solid, in that it is when you are the tree that's been planted into the ground and no matter wind could ever break you apart. You just sway here and there, but you are grounded, you are solid. Most people on earth they're just a twig in the wind and it just flies everywhere and then wonder why their tree never grows. You cannot grow a tree that doesn't have seed planted into the earth. The same way, you can't get what you want if you don't plant that decision of what you want down into yourself, into the earth, so to speak. And that is your power always. If there is someone you know who's gonna benefit from today's episode, please make sure you share it with them, because sometimes, by us sharing just an episode of something that moved us, this could be day one of someone's brand new life, and it doesn't take any effort at all. So, as always, I love you all so much and I cannot wait for next week's episode. Bye.
